As it is warm in the UAE, we recommend (especially during summer May – October) that you wear a hat, sunglasses, sun cream, and comfortable cool clothes. During winter (November – April) we recommend that you bring something warm to put on as the temperature drops considerably after sunset.

Our safaris start in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, or Sharjah.
These are our meeting points:

In Abu Dhabi: Al Wadha Mall (1 PM), or Al Safeer Center (Musaffah) (2 PM),
In Sharjah: Sahara Center (1 PM), Mega Mall (1:45 PM), Sharjah City Center (2:30 PM),
In Dubai: Deira City Center (1 PM), Burjuman Spinneys (1:45 PM), Mall of Emirates (2:30 PM)

The departure times are listed at each meeting point. Please be at the meeting point 20 minutes before departure. If you foresee that you will reach the meeting point too late, you can send us a WhatsApp message here: +971 56 3998300

On some tours, we also offer hotel/home pick-up. Please note that we do not offer to pick you up from the airport or cruise terminal. In this case, provide the nearest mall or hotel as the pickup location and please come at the agreed pickup time.

If you have to cancel a booked tour, you can do so up to 12 hours before the start of the tour and you will get a 100% refund of your money.
